Parish Life - Community - Men of the Madalene

Men of the Madalene generally meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month. All men of the Parish are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

The monthly meetings typically consist of fellowship beginning at 5:30 pm, with dinner at 6:00 pm, and a guest speaker at 6:30 pm. These monthly meetings usually alternate among the themes of spiritual enrichment, community service, and other "manly" interests!

Past activities have included a presentation by Rev. Msgr. Gregory Grier about the restoration of Tulsa's Holy Family Cathedral; a presentation explaining the Tulsa County District Court system which was delivered by Special Judge and Madalene parishioner, David Youll. Men of the Madalene also enjoy a night out at Oneok Field to watch the Tulsa Drillers play baseball, hosting/cooking pancake breakfasts following weekend Masses, helping plan and cook for the annual Madalene Fall Picnic, and also assisting with the annual Lenten Dinners.
